Financial Analyst

About the role

You'll be the finance partner to Salmon's business units — turning models, forecasts, and cost analysis into decisions that keep growth disciplined and sustainable.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with product, operations and sales leaders to build budgets, forecasts and long‑term plans, coordinating inputs for each planning cycle.
• Align financial targets with actual business delivery and provide clear insights on performance, risks and opportunities.
• Build and maintain financial models for business planning, scenario analysis and strategic initiatives.
• Run detailed cost, unit‑economics and profitability analyses across products and segments.
• Lead monthly management reporting, variance analysis and end‑to‑end financial planning cycles.

Required profile

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or Business Management.
• 3+ years of experience in FP&A, commercial finance or business‑partnering roles.
• Advanced Excel and financial‑modeling skills with strong budgeting and forecasting expertise.
• Ability to translate data into actionable business insights and present to non‑finance stakeholders.
• Fluent in Russian and English.
