Financial Analyst – FP&A & Valuation Specialist

About the role

TOA Global is seeking a proactive Financial Analyst to join its international corporate finance team in Cebu. You will move beyond routine ledger work to own complex FP&A, valuation reviews, and data‑driven insights that support strategic decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Execute monthly financial planning, forecasting and variance analysis, turning results into actionable insights for leadership.
• Review and validate multi‑page financial packages and capitalization tables, ensuring alignment of investment dates, ownership stakes and valuation metrics.
• Perform high‑level reconciliations of portfolio metrics against source records, flagging anomalies and documentation gaps.
• Identify and implement process automation opportunities using cloud technologies, advanced spreadsheets and AI‑enabled tools.
• Cross‑check figures between financial schedules and investor reports, maintaining audit‑ready documentation for board reviews.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of hands‑on experience in FP&A or a comparable corporate analytical role.
• Strong analytical mindset with a track record of precise, error‑free financial data handling.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel and Google Sheets (complex formulas, data modelling, dynamic reporting).
• Familiarity with Carta or similar cap‑table management tools.
• Comfort with cloud‑based financial workflows and AI‑assisted documentation.
