Financial Accountant

About the role

MicroSourcing is seeking a diligent Financial Accountant to join its finance team in Eastwood, Quezon City. You will play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records, supporting month‑end close, and contributing to process improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare bank reconciliations.
• Perform monthly balance‑sheet account reconciliations.
• Reconcile and account for company credit‑card and FlexiPurchase transactions.
• Maintain and reconcile the general ledger.
• Maintain and reconcile the fixed‑asset register.
• Process month‑end accruals and journal entries.
• Manage intercompany rebills and recharges.
• Complete Australian Bureau of Statistics (ABS) surveys.
• Assist with month‑end closing activities and Profit & Loss (P&L) reporting.
• Identify and drive improvements to finance processes and procedures.
• Provide general support to the Finance team as required.
