About the role
We are seeking a Finance Manager to join our Australian-based food business on a fully remote basis from the Philippines. The role is full-time, long-term and aligns with Sydney business hours, offering a stable career with a growing company.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and develop the Philippines finance team of three professionals.
- Strengthen and expand the group finance function across the organisation.
- Utilise Xero and Cin7 as the primary financial and inventory management systems.
Required profile
- Demonstrated ability to manage and mentor a small finance team.
- Experience working remotely and coordinating with teams in different time zones.
