Finance Manager

About the role

The Finance Manager will lead Accounting, Controlling and Legal Entity Stewardship for Robert Bosch Inc. in the Philippines, acting as the Finance Officer, Treasurer and Board Member.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee end‑to‑end accounting, ensure timely financial closing, reporting under IFRS and Philippine statutory requirements, and manage tax compliance.
• Coordinate external, statutory and tax audits and maintain a robust internal control environment.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting and business performance monitoring, providing analysis and decision support.
• Manage treasury activities, cash flow forecasting, liquidity planning and banking relationships.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field and CPA qualification.
• Experience in a multinational environment with exposure to both accounting and controlling functions.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine statutory reporting, taxation, IFRS and shared‑services environments.
• Prior people‑leadership experience.
