Finance Director CPA

About the role

The Finance Director (CPA) will partner with the CFO and executive team to shape and execute the organization’s financial strategy. This senior leader will provide guidance on strategic initiatives, investments, acquisitions, and commercial decisions while ensuring financial discipline across all business units.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement financial strategy in collaboration with senior leadership.
• Lead budgeting, rolling forecasts, long‑range planning and performance management.
• Oversee monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting, ensuring IFRS compliance.
• Manage treasury operations, cash‑flow forecasting, liquidity planning and banking relationships.
• Drive working‑capital optimization, including receivables, payables and DSO reduction.
• Provide executive oversight of revenue recognition, project profitability and billing governance.
• Strengthen internal controls, risk management and compliance with corporate policies.
• Lead finance transformation initiatives, improving efficiency, automation and data integrity across SAP, HubSpot and other reporting platforms.

Required profile

• 12–15+ years of progressive finance leadership experience.
• CPA qualification or equivalent professional certification.
• Proven experience leading FP&A, financial reporting, treasury and audit functions.
• Track record of managing large‑scale finance transformation and process improvement projects.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and statutory reporting requirements.
