Finance and Admin Associate

About the role

The Finance and Admin Associate supports the Network Control Center and Operations Support teams by handling financial administration, budgeting, and document management. This position ensures smooth cash flow, accurate cost reporting, and timely processing of invoices, contributing to the airline’s operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Act as Administrative Assistant to the Director and Group Director of Network Control Center and Operations Support.
• Prepare payment advices, monitor cash advances, and process reimbursements for designated cost centres.
• Assist the Finance Business Manager with budget reviews, consolidate documents for annual and quarterly cost reviews, and oversee departmental financial projects.
• Maintain operations support documents, historical payment records, and invoice archives.
• Prepare cost reports for function heads and ensure timely payment to providers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Finance or related field).
• Strong mathematical ability and analytical mindset.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and financial reporting.
