Finance Analyst – FP&A

About the role

The Finance Analyst – FP&A will join Aon's Philippines team as a Junior Finance Partner reporting to the Finance Business Partner in Australia. The role focuses on delivering accurate financial performance reporting, forecasting and analysis for a portfolio of Australian businesses.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial performance reports and support month‑end closing activities such as revenue recognition and deferrals.
• Produce monthly forecasts, identify variances against plan and prior year, and perform detailed cost and vendor analysis.
• Analyze sales and operational metrics, generate ad‑hoc reports, and act as a champion of standardisation across the Australia FP&A team.
• Support the annual budgeting process, design templates, review planning assumptions and provide timely analysis to senior stakeholders.

Required profile

• 5‑7 years of FP&A or general accounting experience in an international company.
• Strong attention to detail, ability to meet tight deadlines and handle multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Independent work style with excellent communication skills for internal and external contacts.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with TM1, PeopleSoft and Cognos (or similar financial reporting tools).
