About the role
Salmon Group Ltd is seeking a Field Trainer to coach ALDI field teams across Cebu and Davao. The role focuses on onboarding, training, and developing high‑performing staff for Salmon, an AI‑powered neobank. This is a hybrid position based in Metro Manila.
Key responsibilities
- Coach ALDI field teams in Cebu and Davao.
- Deliver onboarding sessions for new team members.
- Conduct training programs to improve performance.
- Identify and develop high‑potential employees.
- Collaborate with regional managers to align training with business goals.
- Monitor and assess training outcomes.
Required profile
- Proven experience in coaching or training field teams.
- Strong ability to onboard and develop high performers.
- Familiarity with fast‑growing fintech or neobank environments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a hybrid setting across multiple locations.
