Field Technician

About the role

The Field Technician provides on‑site support for existing accounts, handling service, repair, and installation of LCD/LED television equipment. The role combines technical troubleshooting with customer interaction to ensure equipment reliability and client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze work orders, plan daily travel routes, and investigate customer complaints.
• Perform tests, diagnose faults, and resolve problems on LCD/LED TV units.
• Repair components, boards, and panels; replace parts as needed.
• Study system requirements, order necessary components, install equipment, and conduct acceptance tests.
• Maintain equipment through preventive maintenance, troubleshooting breakdowns, and coordinating repairs.
• Document service actions, complete reports, and keep service records confidential.
• Update technical knowledge through training and professional publications.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in electronics repair, preferably LED/LCD TV service.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
• Customer‑focused attitude with good communication skills.
• Ability to follow procedures, maintain documentation, and respect confidentiality.

• LCD/LED TV repair (board and panel replacement).
