Field Service/Biomed Technician

About the role

The Field Service/Biomed Technician is responsible for installing, calibrating, and maintaining biomedical equipment at client sites across the Philippines. The role combines technical expertise with strong customer service to ensure equipment reliability and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Install new biomedical equipment, adjust, calibrate, and test performance according to manufacturer specifications.
• Perform preventive maintenance, conduct functional tests, and troubleshoot and repair equipment malfunctions.
• Submit detailed service reports daily for validation and calibration certificate issuance.
• Maintain up‑to‑date technical knowledge through training, technical publications, and networking.
• Build and sustain positive relationships with customers, attending required trainings and providing on‑site support.
• Execute administrative and clerical tasks as needed, including ad‑hoc duties.
• Work an 8‑hour shift schedule, Monday to Saturday, with 100% travel readiness.

Required profile

• Graduate of Electrical/Electronics Engineering or TESDA biomedical courses.
• Minimum 3 years of field service or biomedical equipment experience.
• Willingness to travel daily and provide quality service to clients.
• Strong customer‑relation skills and ability to learn new technical concepts quickly.
• Readiness for on‑the‑job training to enhance technical knowledge.
