Fashion and Print Designer

About the role

Outsourcey is looking for a Fashion and Print Designer to lead the development of print, colour and runway trends for its sleepwear collection. The role combines creative design, trend analysis and project management to deliver original artwork that aligns with market direction and customer preferences.

Key responsibilities

• Interpret colour, print and runway trends and present them to the Managing Director, Sleepwear Buying Manager and buying team.
• Identify key print trends and assist in setting the seasonal print direction in collaboration with the buying manager.
• Create innovative prints and patterns based on briefs, ensuring delivery within critical‑path timelines.
• Attend virtual seasonal and monthly concept presentations and work with external print partners to develop monthly print stories.
• Support buyers by updating and refreshing prints as designs evolve after workshops and range reviews.
• Identify opportunities to improve the print offering and liaise with buyers for additional brief requirements.
• Plan projects effectively and maintain a digitalised print resource library for future ideas.

• Experience dealing directly with overseas vendors and retail environment is desirable.
