Family Driver

About the role

We are seeking a reliable Family Driver to safely transport family members to various daily destinations, including work, school, appointments and errands. The role requires punctuality, excellent vehicle upkeep and a professional attitude in all interactions.

Key responsibilities

• Transport family members to work, school, appointments, meetings and other destinations following assigned schedules.
• Plan efficient routes to avoid traffic delays and ensure timely arrivals.
• Maintain the vehicle’s cleanliness and condition, performing daily inspections of fuel, oil, tire pressure, lights and brakes.
• Arrange preventive maintenance, repairs, registration renewal and emission testing as needed.
• Keep accurate records of maintenance, fuel consumption and travel logs.
• Assist with loading and unloading luggage, groceries, packages or personal belongings.
• Uphold strict confidentiality regarding the family’s personal information and schedules.
• Observe all traffic laws, road safety regulations and company policies.
• Respond calmly and professionally during emergencies or unexpected situations.
• Perform additional driving or messenger‑related tasks as assigned.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid professional driver’s license with a clean driving record and no serious traffic violations.
• Minimum 2 years experience as a family, executive or personal driver.
• Familiarity with Metro Manila routes and nearby provinces.
• Physically fit, good eyesight and overall health.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays.
• Trustworthy, honest, respectful and able to maintain confidentiality.

• Operation of manual and automatic transmission vehicles.
• Basic vehicle troubleshooting.
• Preventive vehicle maintenance.
