Factory Talent & OD Executive – Canlubang

About the role

The Factory Talent & OD Executive based at the Canlubang factory will design, implement and manage talent, performance, organisational development and learning initiatives. The role supports a high‑performance culture and continuous employee development aligned with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement talent management, succession planning and recruitment strategies aligned with business goals.
• Drive performance management processes, including goal setting, evaluations and feedback.
• Design and deliver learning, training and capability‑building programmes for technical and operations staff.
• Lead organisational development and change‑management initiatives to improve effectiveness.
• Partner with plant leaders on organisational design, workforce planning and talent decisions.
• Promote employee engagement, culture and diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives.
• Act as a strategic HR partner, providing coaching and guidance to managers and stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing, FMCG or factory environment.
• Strong knowledge of talent management, performance management and succession planning.
• Experience in learning and capability‑building for technical/operations roles.
• Background in organisational development, change management and culture transformation.
• Proven ability to partner with plant/factory leaders and manage multiple stakeholders.
• Strong coaching, facilitation and analytical skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced operational setting.
