Facilities Supervisor – BPO Operations

About the role

The Facilities Supervisor ensures uninterrupted business operations in a 24/7 BPO environment by overseeing the daily supervision, operation, and maintenance of all site facilities. This includes critical utilities, data‑center equipment, security and infotainment systems, and vendor coordination while maintaining safety compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily facilities operations such as HVAC, electrical, UPS, and fire‑detection systems.
• Implement preventive and corrective maintenance programs to guarantee continuous production.
• Conduct regular inspections, testing, and maintenance of all managed equipment.
• Oversee installation, operation, and upkeep of data‑center hardware, servers, and related infrastructure.
• Manage electronic and security systems including NVRs, IP cameras, access‑control, biometric/RFID devices, and electromagnetic locks.
• Maintain infotainment equipment such as TVs, cable set‑top boxes, karaoke machines, and gaming consoles.
• Lead, coach, and develop direct reports and supervise outsourced contractors to meet quality and schedule targets.
• Assist the Facilities Manager with lessor relations and facility‑related issues.
• Maintain accurate asset inventories, records, and compliance documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics & Communications, Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering.
• Licensed in the relevant engineering discipline.
• Minimum 2 years experience as a Facilities Supervisor in a BPO or 24/7 operation.
• At least 2 years of supervisory or people‑management experience.
• BOSH or COSH certification (required).
