Facilities Operations Manager

About the role

The Facilities Operations Manager will ensure the efficient, reliable, and scalable daily operations of WrkPod sites across the Philippines. This role combines strong project‑management and construction‑execution expertise to launch new sites, refresh existing ones, and keep critical services running 24/7.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end planning, fit‑out, and commissioning of new WrkPod sites in line with growth strategies.
• Oversee refresh and upgrade projects for existing facilities to maintain premium standards.
• Guarantee 24/7 availability of power, utilities, and internet connectivity; implement preventive maintenance schedules.
• Act as escalation point for urgent operational issues and ensure rapid resolution.
• Apply structured project‑management methodologies for site rollouts, upgrades, and maintenance.
• Monitor CAPEX planning and execution with strict fiscal control.
• Ensure compliance with building, safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with landlords, contractors, utility providers, and government bodies; negotiate and monitor service contracts.

Required profile

• Tertiary qualification in Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in facilities operations with strong project and construction management exposure, preferably in IT‑BPM, commercial real‑estate, or large‑scale tech‑driven environments.
• Proven track record managing complex fit‑outs, multi‑site operations, and vendor/stakeholder negotiations.
• Solid budget planning, CAPEX/OPEX tracking, and cost‑control capabilities.
• Strong leadership, team‑development, and analytical problem‑solving skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
• Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive).
