Facilities Management Engineer

About the role

The Facilities Management Engineer is responsible for ensuring that corporate facilities operate smoothly, safely, and in compliance with all relevant codes and standards. This role involves overseeing maintenance, managing contractors, and supporting building improvement projects.

Key responsibilities

• Manage maintenance, safety, and overall operations of building facilities and equipment.
• Oversee contractors and service providers to ensure timely preventive maintenance and repairs.
• Conduct facility inspections and ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and environmental standards.
• Monitor and support building improvement, construction, and renovation projects, including budget and contractor management.
• Review project proposals, quotations, and billings; prepare status and accomplishment reports.
• Support emergency response activities and recommend improvements to enhance facility efficiency.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• PRC license is an advantage.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience for licensed professionals or 5 years for non‑licensed professionals.
• Willingness to conduct field work and site visits; valid driver’s license preferred.
