Facilities Engineer

About the role

The Facilities Engineer will integrate people, places and processes within the built environment to enhance quality of life and business productivity. Based in Canlubang, Laguna, the role focuses on the technical operation and maintenance of critical facility systems in a manufacturing setting.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee technical operations of critical equipment including fire protection, fire detection & alarm, air‑conditioning, ventilation, hygiene facilities, electrical & auxiliary systems, and CCTV.
• Manage third‑party contractors for operations, compliance, inspections, preventive maintenance, contract administration and SLA monitoring.
• Coordinate custodial and housekeeping maintenance, canteen operations, shuttle services, administrative functions, waste management, pest control and other soft services.
• Ensure compliance through audits, licensing, permits and contract management.

Required profile

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering (preferably Mechanical or Electrical Engineering).
• Licensed/registered Engineer.
• Minimum five years of professional facilities or property management experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Pollution Control Officer and/or Basic Occupational Safety and Health certificate preferred.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Canlubang, Laguna.
