Expert Witness Research Analyst

About the role

The Expert Witness Research Analyst supports customers by locating and verifying professional and biographical details, retrieving U.S. court docket information, and managing end‑to‑end research requests using LexisNexis tools and AI‑enabled resources.

Key responsibilities

• Locate and verify individuals’ professional and biographical details using approved research sources.
• Retrieve U.S. court docket information through LexisNexis products and government websites.
• Manage research requests from intake through completion, ensuring accurate and timely results.
• Provide clear, proactive communication with customers, setting expectations and delivering updates.
• Identify requests requiring additional expertise and collaborate with relevant teams.
• Follow established workflows, contribute to process improvements, and document knowledge sharing.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or at least two years of college coursework completed.
• Minimum of two years BPO experience, preferably with technical, sales, finance, or legal exposure.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong interpersonal abilities.
• Analytical, quantitative, and deductive reasoning skills with a critical‑thinking mindset.
• Flexible schedule, collaborative attitude, and a customer‑centric approach.

Required skills

• Proficiency with LexisNexis research tools and databases.
• Experience using AI‑enabled research and knowledge‑retrieval tools.
• Ability to retrieve and process U.S. court docket and legal documents.
