Experienced Mason (2+ yrs) – Salary 23,400 – Pasig

About the role

We are seeking a skilled Mason with at least two years of hands‑on experience to join our construction team in Pasig. The successful candidate will work on a variety of masonry projects, ensuring high‑quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lay bricks, stones, and concrete blocks according to blueprints and technical drawings.
• Mix mortar and grout to the correct consistency and apply them accurately.
• Cut and shape masonry materials using hand and power tools.
• Construct, repair, and finish walls, partitions, arches and other structures.
• Ensure alignment, structural integrity, and quality of all masonry work.
• Collaborate with other construction professionals on‑site and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
• Operate scaffolding and related equipment safely.
• Inspect completed work for accuracy and compliance with specifications.
• Estimate material quantities and time requirements for projects.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of proven experience as a Mason or in a similar role.
• High school diploma or equivalent; apprenticeship or vocational training is a plus.
• Physical strength and stamina to perform demanding tasks.
• Ability to work in various weather conditions.
• Reliable transportation to job sites.
• Understanding of safety procedures and regulations.
