Executive Housekeeper

About the role

The Executive Housekeeper leads all housekeeping operations, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and guest satisfaction across guest rooms, public areas, and back‑of‑house spaces.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the housekeeping team to maintain cleanliness and presentation standards.
• Ensure guest rooms, public areas, and back‑of‑house areas are properly cleaned and maintained.
• Conduct regular inspections and implement corrective actions when necessary.
• Manage staffing schedules, training, performance evaluations, and team development.
• Monitor housekeeping supplies, linens, uniforms, and equipment inventory.
• Control departmental expenses and optimize resource utilization.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient operations and guest satisfaction.
• Handle guest concerns and resolve housekeeping‑related issues promptly.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
• 3–5 years of housekeeping management experience in a hotel or serviced residence.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.
• Knowledge of housekeeping operations, safety standards, and inventory management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel management systems.
