About the role

The Construction Industry Arbitration Commission is seeking an Executive Director III to provide senior leadership and strategic direction. This position oversees the organization’s operations, ensuring alignment with the Civil Service Commission (CSC) standards and the commission’s mandate.

Key responsibilities

Required profile

• Master’s Degree or Certificate in Leadership and Management from the CSC.
• At least five (5) years of supervisory or management experience.
• Completion of 120 hours of supervisory/management training or learning‑development interventions.
• Eligibility as a CS Professional/Second Level.

• Salary Grade 28 with a monthly salary of PHP 148,171.00.
