Executive Director III

About the role

The Philippine Contractors Accreditation Board seeks an Executive Director III to lead strategic initiatives, oversee regulatory functions, and enhance the board’s impact on the construction industry. This senior leadership position reports to the board and works closely with government agencies and industry stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Provide overall direction and management of the board’s programs and operations.
• Develop and implement policies that align with national construction standards and accreditation processes.
• Lead a team of supervisors and managers, ensuring effective performance and professional development.
• Represent the board in high‑level meetings with government officials, industry partners, and international bodies.
• Prepare and present reports, budgets, and strategic plans to the board and relevant authorities.

Required profile

• Master’s degree or a Certificate in Leadership and Management from the Civil Service Commission.
• At least five (5) years of supervisory or management experience.
• Completion of 120 hours of supervisory/management training or learning‑development interventions.
• Eligibility as a CS Professional or Second Level Eligibility.
