About the role
The Philippine Contractors Accreditation Board is seeking an Executive Director III to lead its strategic initiatives and oversee operational excellence. This senior leadership position reports to the board and plays a pivotal role in advancing the accreditation standards for contractors nationwide.
Key responsibilities
Required profile
- Master’s Degree or Certificate in Leadership and Management from the Civil Service Commission (CSC).
- At least five (5) years of supervisory or management experience.
- Completion of 120 hours of supervisory/management training or learning‑development interventions.
- Eligibility as a CS Professional or Second Level.

- Salary Grade 28 with a monthly salary of PHP 160,469.00.
