Executive Director III – Construction Industry Arbitration Commission

About the role

The Construction Industry Arbitration Commission (CIAP) seeks an Executive Director III to lead its strategic and operational initiatives. This senior leadership position reports to the Chief Administrative Officer and plays a pivotal role in overseeing arbitration processes within the construction sector.

Key responsibilities

• Provide overall direction and governance for CIAP’s arbitration activities.
• Develop and implement policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure efficient dispute resolution.
• Manage and mentor a multidisciplinary team of professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
• Coordinate with government agencies, industry stakeholders, and legal entities to align CIAP’s objectives with national construction standards.
• Oversee budgeting, resource allocation, and performance monitoring to achieve organizational goals.

Required profile

• Master’s Degree or Certificate in Leadership and Management from the Civil Service Commission (CSC).
• Minimum of 5 years supervisory or management experience.
• Completion of at least 120 hours of supervisory/management training or learning‑development interventions.
• Eligibility as a CS Professional or Second Level Eligibility.
