ESRI (ArcGIS) Manager

About the role

The ESRI (ArcGIS) Manager will lead the design, implementation, and support of geospatial solutions on the ESRI ArcGIS platform for enterprise customers. Working closely with business, data, and IT teams, the manager ensures that location‑intelligence services are scalable, secure, and well integrated across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver GIS solutions using ArcGIS Enterprise, ArcGIS Online, and ArcGIS Pro.
• Develop and configure web maps, dashboards, and custom geospatial applications.
• Implement spatial analysis, geodata management, and data‑visualisation use cases.
• Integrate ESRI platforms with enterprise systems via APIs and web services.
• Provide deployment, configuration, testing, and post‑go‑live support.
• Standardise spatial data models, governance, and publishing workflows.
• Create reusable GIS patterns, templates, and reference implementations to accelerate delivery.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional GIS experience.
• 5+ years of hands‑on experience with ESRI ArcGIS platforms.
• Proven track record delivering enterprise‑scale GIS implementations.
• Consulting or system‑integrator experience is a plus.

Required skills

• Strong expertise in ESRI ArcGIS Enterprise, Online, and Pro.
• Experience with spatial data, geodatabases, and GIS analysis.
• Familiarity with GIS integrations, REST APIs, and web services.
• Understanding of cloud‑based GIS and spatial data visualisation.
