Equipment Supervisor

About the role

ACCIONA Infrastructure is seeking an Equipment Supervisor for the MCRP‑02 project in San Fernando, Pampanga. The role involves overseeing the operation, maintenance, utilization and performance of all construction equipment to support sustainable infrastructure development.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the operation, maintenance, utilization and performance of all equipment.
• Supervise daily deployment and efficient use of construction machinery.
• Monitor equipment operators to ensure safe and proper operation, addressing any issues promptly.
• Ensure equipment is maintained, operated safely and used according to company procedures and manufacturer recommendations.
• Report, investigate and follow up on equipment‑related incidents, breakdowns and operational issues to minimize downtime.
• Conduct trade tests and competency assessments for new equipment operators.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in equipment management and earthworks operations.
• Strong knowledge of heavy equipment operations, maintenance and utilization.
• Valid Driver License (code B).
