Entry-Level Non‑Voice Data Entry Associate

About the role

This entry‑level position supports health operations by performing non‑voice data entry and documentation tasks. The role is based onsite in San Nicolas, Ilocos, and is suitable for candidates with 0‑2 years of experience who have the legal right to work in the Philippines.

Key responsibilities

• Execute data‑entry transactions with minimal direction, using the group‑specific system.
• Audit entered data for accuracy and make necessary corrections.
• Conduct data verification and respond to information requests, escalating when required.
• File, archive, and retrieve both paper‑based and electronic documents following established standards.
• Produce standard correspondence using templates and ensure proper formatting, grammar, and punctuation.
• Summarize research results and compile information in requested formats.
• Assist in training junior team members and may coordinate small‑team workloads.
• Participate in process‑improvement initiatives and special projects.
• Document process changes and obtain approvals as needed.
• Support audit preparation for internal and external auditors.

Required profile

• Legal right to live and work in the Philippines.
• 0‑2 years of relevant experience.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established procedures.
• Good written communication skills for proofreading and editing.
