Entry-Level Accounting Staff

About the role

We are seeking an entry‑level Accounting Staff member to join our finance team. The role offers exposure to the full accounting cycle, from daily transaction processing to the preparation of financial statements, using modern cloud‑based tools. You will work closely with senior accountants and contribute to accurate and timely reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Process accounts payable transactions.
• Process accounts receivable transactions.
• Perform account reconciliations.
• Record inventory movements.
• Enter recurring month‑end journal entries.
• Assist with simple month‑end closing tasks.
• Roll forward monthly financial reports.
• Undertake additional ad‑hoc accounting tasks as assigned.

Required profile

• Fresh graduate or less than one year of relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
• CPA license is a plus.
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with cloud‑based accounting software (as used by the company).
