English Speaking Customer Service Specialist – Remote (Philippines)

About the role

Alphanumeric Systems is seeking an English‑speaking Customer Service Specialist to provide Level 1 helpdesk support for clinical staff of a global pharmaceutical leader. The position is fully remote within the Philippines and focuses on ensuring smooth clinical operations that impact patient care worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver Level 1 support via phone, email, and ticketing for clinical systems and processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve common issues, escalating complex cases when needed.
• Manage user accounts and access across multiple platforms.
• Maintain timely, accurate case handling while upholding high service standards.
• Act as a subject‑matter expert for specific clinical systems supporting critical vaccine‑related operations.

Required profile

• Fluent in English (written and spoken) with strong communication and empathy.
• Ability to multitask under pressure and maintain attention to detail.
• Previous helpdesk or service‑desk experience is a plus; life‑sciences or healthcare background preferred.
• Comfortable with technology and quick to learn new systems.

Required skills

• Experience with ticketing systems and user account management.
• Basic troubleshooting of clinical or technical applications.
