English as a Second Language (ESL) Instructor

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic English as a Second Language (ESL) Instructor to join our team at Enderun Colleges Campus in Taguig. The instructor will help international students improve their speaking, listening, reading, and writing abilities through engaging, customized lessons.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver individual and group English lessons using interactive methods such as lectures, discussions, and practical demonstrations.
• Adapt curriculum and teaching materials to match diverse proficiency levels, learning styles, and interests.
• Monitor student progress, provide constructive feedback, and suggest actionable improvements.
• Prepare and maintain classroom resources and ensure a conducive learning environment.
• Compile and submit detailed progress reports throughout the program.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Literature, Communication Arts, Education, or a related field.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• 1–3 years of teaching English or other languages preferred; fresh graduates with strong motivation are also welcome.
• Proactive, flexible, and a collaborative team player.
• Personal laptop or tablet for instructional use.
