Engineering Manager (Philippines)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead our mechanical and electronics engineering team in the Philippines. The role involves overseeing departmental operations, driving engineering initiatives, and ensuring compliance with manufacturing standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a team of engineers and technicians, managing daily operations and resource planning.
• Drive engineering activities such as process design, productivity improvement, line layout optimization, product engineering, and ECN management.
• Review and approve mechanical and electronics drawings.
• Develop and maintain work processes, procedures, and operating systems for existing product manufacturing.
• Establish departmental KPIs and monitor monthly performance.
• Provide management support, including team motivation and performance coaching.

Required profile

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in engineering or manufacturing environments.
• Proven ability to lead technical teams and manage projects.
