Engineering and Facilities Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for an Engineering and Facilities Coordinator to support the Engineering Facilities Management (EFM) team in overseeing the company‑wide facilities and engineering operations. The role acts as the point of contact for communications, ensuring procedures, policies and reporting formats are understood and applied across all locations.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary communication liaison, guaranteeing that all procedures, policies and reporting formats are correctly implemented.
• Collaborate with Mall/Store Operations, Leasing and Engineering teams to address support requests and resolve issues.
• Manage and track company‑wide work orders and job orders, coordinating with contractors and vendors.
• Develop and maintain dashboards to monitor overall service quality across the organization.
• Assist the EFM in creating a comprehensive database of physical facilities assets and initiate asset tagging for lifecycle monitoring.
• Support the formulation of Planned Preventive Maintenance Schedules (PPMS) for each branch.
• Help establish real‑time enterprise asset monitoring and suggest process improvements to increase team efficiency.
• Report directly to the Engineering Facilities Manager.

Required profile

• Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
• Experience working with cross‑functional teams in a facilities or engineering environment.
• Ability to analyse data and present insights through dashboards.
• Detail‑oriented mindset for asset tagging and lifecycle tracking.
• Proactive attitude toward process optimisation.
