Quantity Surveyor – Cost Estimation & Budget Management

About the role

We are looking for a Quantity Surveyor to own cost accuracy across cabinet, joinery and interior fit‑out projects in Cebu. You will ensure budgets are based on measurable quantities, realistic production inputs and controlled variation tracking, protecting margins and guiding engineering and procurement decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates, develop project cost baselines and produce Bills of Quantities.
• Conduct quantity take‑offs for material, labour and equipment and update cost reports throughout project phases.
• Evaluate supplier quotations, support tender preparation and maintain documentation for variations, claims and change orders.
• Coordinate with project engineers to align cost decisions with design and schedule, and provide cost analysis for engineering reviews.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in quantity surveying, cost estimation or construction cost control.
• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
• Hands‑on experience preparing BOQs, quantity take‑offs and cost reports for interior fit‑out or joinery projects.
• Willingness to work onsite in Cebu IT Park, Monday‑Friday, 6:00 AM–3:00 PM.

• Advanced MS Excel.
• Cost estimation tools.
• AutoCAD or similar drawing platforms.
• Ability to interpret architectural drawings and specifications.
