Enablement Lead - Change Management and AI Specialist

About the role

The Enablement Lead – Change Management and AI Specialist drives Global Operations transformation by leading change‑management delivery and building practical AI fluency across the organization. The role analyses business needs, assesses impacts and implements strategies that encourage employee adoption of AI‑enabled and data solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct change impact analysis, develop stakeholder maps and readiness assessments, and identify risks or resistance.
• Design and execute change‑management plans, including communication, training and stakeholder‑engagement activities.
• Lead AI enablement strategy, create learning tracks, curricula, workshops, labs and coaching to help employees use approved AI tools responsibly.
• Deliver AI enablement programs end‑to‑end, track participation, and provide hands‑on support during adoption.
• Manage the GOEC portfolio intake, prioritisation, governance and reporting using tools such as Monday.com, SharePoint and Power Automate.
• Monitor adoption metrics, produce dashboards for leadership and ensure issue resolution pathways.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum three years of experience in change management, organizational development, learning or enablement, preferably with AI or data‑solution projects.
