Employee Engagement Assistant

About the role

We are seeking an Employee Engagement Assistant to help shape a vibrant workplace where people thrive. In this role you will support the planning, execution and communication of a wide range of employee‑experience initiatives, both virtual and onsite.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential merchants to expand discount networks, prepare proposals and track conversion rates.
• Support onboarding experiences through welcome kits, office tours and coordination with HR for graduation and milestone events.
• Plan and execute graduation ceremonies, handling logistics, giveaways, certificates and multimedia presentations.
• Create internal communications such as weekly bulletins, monthly engagement calendars and quarterly newsletters, ensuring they are on‑brand and engaging.
• Assist CSR campaigns and donation drives, coordinating logistics and internal promotions.
• Monitor employee interest clubs, gather monthly reports and align initiatives with global engagement standards.
• Design visual assets, captions, emailers and presentations; maintain a template library and update intranet or MS Teams with fresh content.
• Organise virtual and onsite events, manage venue, catering and material logistics, and facilitate program delivery.
• Produce posters, infographics and social media graphics; edit videos for internal communications.
• Support recognition programmes and other culture‑building activities.
