Embroidery Assistant

About the role

The Embroidery Assistant will work on-site at our Ortigas facility, operating embroidery machines to create high‑quality embroidered products that meet exact specifications. This full‑time position is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands‑on work in a manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Set up, thread, and operate embroidery machines according to production orders.
• Monitor machine performance and adjust settings to maintain product quality.
• Inspect finished items for defects and ensure they meet company standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including routine machine cleaning.
• Record production data and report any equipment issues to supervisors.

Required profile

• Attention to detail and ability to follow technical specifications.
• Basic understanding of textile materials and embroidery processes.
• Willingness to work on a fixed schedule in an on‑site environment.
