Email Marketing & Community Manager

About the role

We are looking for an Email Marketing & Community Manager to grow and engage our brand’s community through compelling content, strategic email campaigns, and active audience interaction. You will create visually appealing assets, deliver valuable newsletters, and foster meaningful connections that strengthen loyalty and participation.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, write, design, and manage two email newsletters per week aligned with brand messaging and business objectives.
• Create high‑quality written and visual content that reflects the brand’s voice and storytelling strategy.
• Design branded graphics, marketing materials, and digital assets for newsletters and community initiatives.
• Design, format, and prepare e‑books and digital resources that are visually engaging and aligned with brand standards.
• Interact with community members, encourage conversations, respond to inquiries, and foster a positive environment.
• Assist in developing content calendars and coordinating email and community initiatives.
• Monitor email and content performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Maintain consistent brand voice, messaging, and visual identity across all communications.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 + years of experience in email marketing, content creation, or community management.
• Proven experience writing and managing email newsletters and campaigns.
• Strong copywriting and storytelling abilities with audience‑focused content creation.
• Experience creating graphics and visual content for digital marketing initiatives.
