Email & CRM Marketing Specialist – SMS & Journey Automation

About the role

Lendi Group is looking for an Email & CRM Marketing Specialist to design and build personalised email, SMS and landing‑page experiences within Salesforce Marketing Cloud. You will work closely with a Customer Journey Manager to create, test and optimise automated marketing journeys that support the property finance business.

Key responsibilities

• Design and build marketing automation workflows, email, SMS and landing page experiences in Marketing Cloud.
• Write SQL queries and work with database objects, leveraging AI assistance where appropriate.
• Define segmentation criteria, run A/B tests and report on campaign performance.
• Create and maintain documentation for journeys and campaigns.
• Coordinate the roadmap and backlog for Marketing Cloud enhancements and feature expansions.
• Provide QA support and triage help‑desk tickets for the journeys space.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of experience with marketing automation platforms.
• Hands‑on experience using Salesforce Marketing Cloud to build journeys and emails.
• Skilled in email development using HTML, CSS and AMPscript.
• Experience in stakeholder and campaign management to deliver communications on time.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and experience using AI tools to enhance daily work.
