Editorial Associate II – Licensed Pharmacist

About the role

The Editorial Associate II supports the product editorial workflow by acting as a Data Analyst or Pre‑Approver, ensuring that pharmaceutical product information is accurately entered and maintained in the Product Editorial Tool (PET). The role also handles government pricing updates across multiple states, contributing to the overall quality and compliance of the product database.

Key responsibilities

• Review set‑up documents from marketers and validate product data against FDA, company, and product websites.
• Create and edit product records in the Product Editorial Tool (PET).
• Conduct peer reviews of newly added or updated products to ensure compliance with editorial policies.
• Prepare import sheets from the pricing report portal and execute price imports.
• Map missing identifiers to the appropriate Specific Product Description.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Licensed pharmacist.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage high‑volume workloads within set schedules.
• Proactive problem‑solver with a detail‑oriented mindset.
