Ecommerce Growth Marketing Specialist

About the role

You will build and support ecommerce projects for Heidi Remote across Meta, Google, TikTok, native platforms, Amazon and other channels. You will run ad accounts and support growth‑marketing projects to drive product sales across digital channels, handling tracking, product feeds and landing pages.

Key responsibilities

• Plan campaigns and offers with the Growth team, building calendars of bundles and promotions.
• Run performance marketing campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, native platforms (e.g., Outbrain), TikTok Ads and Amazon Ads.
• Set up and optimise marketplace stores such as Amazon, manage product feeds, tracking and landing pages.
• Provide creative support by briefing UGC, product photography and video with design teams.
• Collaborate with affiliates, partners and internal teams to drive sales and report clean metrics (spend, CPA, ROAS, AOV, GMV).

Required profile

• Hands‑on performance‑marketing experience on Meta, Google and TikTok ad platforms.
• Proven experience setting up and managing marketplace stores (e.g., Amazon).
• Track record of planning campaigns, offers and promotions.
• Strong understanding of ecommerce metrics such as CPA, ROAS and AOV.
• Experience in a startup or tech environment is a plus.
