Ecommerce Affiliate Account Manager

About the role

Future Glow Philippines is seeking a passionate Ecommerce Affiliate Account Manager to lead affiliate initiatives for its beauty, health, and wellness brands. You will drive affiliate strategy, manage relationships with paid affiliates, and collaborate closely with internal teams to boost brand awareness and sales.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Junior Affiliate Managers, overseeing planning, execution, and reporting across all brands.
• Identify, recruit, and onboard long‑term paid affiliates, including celebrities and KOLs, aligning them with brand goals.
• Develop monthly and quarterly affiliate marketing strategies and translate them into detailed content briefs.
• Coordinate with affiliates and their managers to ensure timely, high‑quality content delivery.
• Monitor campaign performance, make real‑time adjustments, and produce monthly performance reports.
• Collaborate with Key Account Managers to build campaign blocks that ensure sufficient traffic and conversions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience in PR, content creation, and social media management.
• Experience working with celebrities, KOLs, or talent for content collaborations.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, digital marketing trends, and content best practices.
• Excellent organizational and project‑management abilities.
