Early Year Teacher – Full‑time, On‑site in Taguig

About the role

Kidscelence is seeking a passionate Early Year Teacher to join its activity centre in Taguig. This full‑time, on‑site position involves designing and delivering engaging, developmentally appropriate learning experiences for young children.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, prepare and implement age‑appropriate lesson plans and play‑based activities.
• Create a safe, nurturing classroom environment that supports holistic growth.
• Observe, document and assess children’s progress, sharing insights with families regularly.
• Collaborate with colleagues to continuously improve program quality.
• Prepare learning materials and support children’s behavioral and social‑emotional development.
• Participate in staff meetings, trainings and centre events.

Required profile

• Background in Education with knowledge of early childhood development.
• Relevant degree or certification in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education or a related field (preferred).
• Experience in early childhood or preschool settings (highly beneficial).
• Strong lesson‑planning, organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Effective communication skills for interacting with children, families and staff.
• Ability to create an inclusive, child‑centered environment that meets diverse learning needs.
