About the role

Playscape Manila is seeking a passionate Early Childhood Educator to design and deliver a play‑based curriculum that nurtures the foundational life skills of young learners. You will create an inclusive, stimulating environment where children can explore, learn, and grow while maintaining strong partnerships with families.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement an emergent, play‑based curriculum aligned with Playscape’s educational philosophy.
• Maintain detailed documentation of each child’s progress, including observations, assessments, and portfolios.
• Lead daily educational activities, adapting teaching strategies to meet individual needs.
• Build trusting relationships with families, communicating progress and offering guidance.
• Collaborate with the Playscape team to co‑develop teaching strategies and support school‑wide initiatives.
• Ensure all practices comply with Playscape Manila’s policies, procedures, and educational standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
• Experience in curriculum development and play‑based learning.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Genuine passion for early childhood education and fostering a love of learning.
