E-Commerce Specialist – Remote (Philippines)

About the role

We are looking for an E‑Commerce Specialist to own and scale our global Shopify storefronts across Australia, the United States, the United Kingdom, Europe and Canada. Working remotely from the Philippines, you will partner with Growth, Creative and Brand teams to turn traffic into loyal customers while keeping the site fast, reliable and brand‑consistent.

Key responsibilities

• Lead deployment of global site content, product launches and seasonal promotions, managing the CMS architecture and ensuring Shopify environments are synchronized across regions.
• Collaborate with Growth and Retention Marketing to design high‑performing landing pages and optimise the conversion funnel.
• Plan, execute and analyse on‑site A/B tests, using data‑driven insights to improve navigation, checkout copy and overall user experience.
• Establish site QA standards and automated workflows, creating repeatable templates that reduce manual effort.
• Design AI‑driven optimisation workflows that accelerate campaign rollout from idea to live.
• Monitor key metrics such as conversion rate, average order value and bounce rate, diagnosing and fixing funnel leaks in real time.
