E-Commerce Non-Voice Customer Service Representative

About the role

We are seeking motivated, customer‑oriented individuals to join our E‑Commerce Non‑Voice team. You will provide chat and email support to online shoppers, ensuring a smooth and positive experience throughout their purchase journey.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via chat and email.
• Assist customers with orders, tracking, refunds, returns, and account concerns.
• Resolve issues accurately and professionally.
• Provide product and order information promptly.
• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
• Deliver excellent service to achieve high customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) or Senior High School Graduate.
• Open to candidates with or without prior BPO experience.
• Strong written English communication skills.
• Basic computer and typing proficiency.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Willingness to work onsite with shifting schedules.
• Available to start as soon as possible.
