About the role
The company is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join its top‑tier BPO team. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries through phone, email and chat, and ensuring timely resolution of issues. The position demands accurate documentation and a proactive approach to enhancing overall customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, providing clear and courteous communication.
- Investigate and resolve complaints, offering appropriate solutions while meeting service level agreements.
- Document all interactions and transactions accurately in the CRM system.
- Explain product features and service options to customers, helping them make informed decisions.
- Work closely with colleagues and other departments to identify and implement improvements in service processes.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Empathetic and customer‑oriented mindset.
- Professional handling of difficult situations.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
