E-Commerce Key Accounts Manager

About the role

We are looking for an E‑Commerce Key Accounts Manager to build and nurture long‑term relationships with brands and marketplace partners. You will own key client accounts, drive growth strategies, and act as the primary point of contact for day‑to‑day account management.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute account growth plans, KPIs, and performance goals for each brand and marketplace.
• Lead annual business planning, commercial negotiations and Go‑to‑Market initiatives.
• Collaborate with Performance Marketing, Livestream, Customer Service and Operations teams to launch campaigns.
• Monitor sales performance, consumer behavior and marketplace data to identify optimisation opportunities.
• Prepare and present business reviews, product proposals and strategic recommendations to clients.
• Ensure accurate inventory planning, forecasting and order fulfillment.
• Track competitor activities and industry trends to provide market insights.
• Advocate for clients internally to continuously improve brand experience.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E‑Commerce, Communications or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in e‑commerce account management or online marketplace operations.
• Proven ability to build strong relationships with brands, marketplace partners and cross‑functional teams.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and performance metrics.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Highly organized, able to manage multiple accounts simultaneously and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Familiarity with leading e‑commerce platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Zalora and Shopify.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Experience with e‑commerce analytics or reporting tools (a plus).
