Driver Recruiter - Work From Home

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Driver Recruiter to join our remote recruitment team. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening and onboarding professional drivers for our clients, working entirely from home.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and attract qualified drivers through online job boards, social media and referrals.
• Conduct initial phone or video interviews to assess candidates’ experience, licensing and availability.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the recruitment database.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and client hiring managers.
• Provide regular updates on recruitment pipelines and meet monthly hiring targets.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
• Basic understanding of driver qualifications and licensing requirements.
• Motivation to achieve performance‑based commission.

• Full‑time remote position with a base salary of $1,200–$1,500 per month.
• Uncapped commission structure allowing earnings above the base salary.
