About the role
The Disability Case Specialist will provide assistance to clients with disability-related inquiries during night‑shift hours. This hybrid position combines onsite work in Taguig City with remote responsibilities, supporting Sun Life Global Solutions' commitment to health and wellbeing.
Key responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls related to disability cases.
- Document case details accurately in the system.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of client issues.
- Maintain confidentiality and compliance with relevant regulations.
